The mission of the Network of Family Resource Centers in Santa Barbara County is to promote high-quality, family-centered practices that foster social change and mobilize efforts to strengthen children, families and communities.  The Network envisions all families are connected and engaged in their community and are empowered to be resilient, resourceful, and self-reliant.
